Join us for a relaxing two hours of coloring! We will use the mandala as our subject. Participants will be able to draw their own, or pick from one already created so all they have to do is add the color. Instruction will be provided on how to create your own, and suggestions for specific color combinations for calming effects will also be provided. Mandalas are a natural meditation tool, allowing the creator to relax, focus, and meditate. Information will be provided on ways to mediate with mandalas and time for mindful meditation will be provided, in participants are interested. All materials will be provided, but feel free to being your favorite coloring pencils or markers! Evelyne is an art teacher and artist in the C-U area, and she has been creating mandalas for years.
